What this demo shows, and what it doesn't

The job: quote requests arrive by email in every shape. Someone in the office reads each one, copies the details into the job record and writes back asking for whatever is missing.

The AI's part, and only this: read the email, fill the job record from the customer's own words (every field shows where it came from), mark what's missing, and draft a reply that asks for it. A named person checks the record, edits the draft and approves it. The estimator still prices every job.

Try it: open each email and press Read this inquiry. Ridgeway has everything. Becker asks for a price. Fox River leaves gaps. The supplier agreement goes straight to a person.

Not shown: a real mailbox, the shop's job software, or sending. In a real setup the approved reply goes out from the shop's own email, and Eren would first check whether the shop's existing tools can already do part of this.

Job record and reply

The assistant may

  • Fill job-record fields from the email's own words
  • Point to the sentence each field came from
  • Mark a field missing rather than guess it
  • Draft a reply that asks only for what's missing

The assistant may not

  • Quote a price, a lead time or a delivery date
  • Send anything, or approve its own draft
  • Answer contracts, terms or anything legal
  • Turn "ASAP" into a date

Checked before it goes live

  • A complete inquiry, an incomplete one and a price question each behave as agreed
  • Out-of-scope emails reach a person with no draft
  • The reviewer can see the source of every field
  • The shop signs off on the rules above
