How we work
You’ll know who has your job, and what happens if it changes.
Every job has one coordinator from quote to delivery. Below is how a job moves through the shop, how changes are handled, and what the machines can and can’t do.
How a job runs.
Four steps, and the same coordinator in each one.
Quote
We confirm material, quantity and finish, and ask for anything missing before we price it. You get a written quote with the date it’s based on.
You send: the requestApprove
For assemblies you approve shop drawings. For parts, we confirm the required drawing revision on each order and keep it with the job.
You send: your approvalMake
Your coordinator sends first-article photos on request and tells you straight away if anything affects price or date.
You send: nothing, unless askedChange or deliver
Need a change mid-run? Send it in writing. We confirm cost and date before the floor acts on it.
You send: the change, in writing
Changes are written down before they reach the floor.
A quantity change or new drawing revision needs a clear handoff. Here, nothing changes on the floor until three things are settled.
- The new quantity, drawing or finish, in writing
- The cost: no change, or a new price you’ve accepted
- The date: no change, or a new date you’ve agreed
What the shop can do, limits included.
So you can tell in a minute whether your part fits. If it’s outside these, say so in your request and we’ll tell you straight.

Not sure it fits? Send it anyway with a note. We’ll confirm whether the job fits before taking it further.
Fits the limits? Send the drawing.
A drawing and quantity are enough to start.
