What we make

Three kinds of job, each with its own way in.

Most people arrive with one of these in mind. Each one says what to send, what you get back, and goes straight to a quote with the job type filled in.

For engineers and buyers

Production parts to print

Cut, formed and welded parts made from your drawings, in the quantity you need and again when you reorder. We confirm the required drawing revision on each order and keep it with the job.

Typical jobs

  • Brackets, plates and mounting parts
  • Formed covers, panels and channels
  • Welded sub-assemblies for machine builds
  • Repeat orders on a schedule you set

For maintenance teams

Repair and replacement parts

When a machine is down and the original supplier is gone, send what you can. A photo, a few rough measurements and where it mounts are enough to start. We sketch the part for you to confirm before anything is cut.

Typical jobs

  • Machine guards and covers
  • Brackets, chutes and hoppers
  • Frames and stands
  • Worn parts copied from the original

For builders and installers

Fabricated assemblies New: tube laser

Railings, frames, enclosures and tube structures, cut, welded and finished in the shop. The tube laser cuts copes, miters and slots in one pass, which means fewer joints to fit by hand.

Typical jobs

  • Railings and stair parts
  • Equipment frames and skids
  • Enclosures and cabinets
  • Tube structures with coped joints

Check the tube laser limits before you send long or heavy tube.

Not sure which one fits?

Choose “Not sure” and describe the job. The coordinator will sort it, or tell you plainly if it isn’t a fit for the shop.
