How Eren operates

Not one AI answering questions — a governed system that does the work.

Eren runs a complete loop: understand your business, find what's costing you, do the work with the right tools, check it against the evidence, and get sharper each time. You approve anything that leaves the building. Here's how a problem moves through it.

What this page answers

Seven honest questions about handing a business problem to Eren.

01

What do I provide?

Your goals, the problems you feel, your constraints, and whatever evidence you have — your site, how customers reach you, how the work runs today.

02

What happens to it?

Eren grounds the analysis in measured checks and your live evidence, sets the real objective, and works the problem through focused specialist methods.

03

Who handles each part?

A Principal governs. Claude orchestrates and drafts. A separate model verifies. You hold approval. Each role is deliberately kept distinct.

04

How are recommendations checked?

An independent model grades the draft against the same evidence — hunting invented numbers, unsupported claims, and contradictions before you ever see it.

05

What do I receive?

A ranked, plain-language Findings & Fixes analysis — delivered by email or your preferred contact — plus any custom tool worth building.

06

What needs my approval?

Anything that sends, spends, publishes, or can't be undone. Nothing goes to your customers until you've reviewed and approved it.

07

How do results improve it?

Outcomes are recorded, lessons are reviewed, and methods are updated deliberately — a controlled process, not a model quietly retraining itself.

The system

One problem, one governed path.

Every meaningful task follows the same route. The roles never blur: whoever drafts the work is not who checks it, and neither one decides what reaches you.

The specialists

Five lenses on the same business.

Each specialist is a focused set of methods Claude applies — not another app to log into or five separate AIs acting on their own. Select one to see what it's responsible for, the evidence it needs, what it produces, and what it depends on.

Website

Base specialist — runs on every analysis
Responsibility
Treats the site as a business system: is it instantly clear what you do and where, is there a working path to contact, does it hold up on a phone, does it look trustworthy and load fast. Then decides the right intervention — repair, optimize, rebuild, build, measure, or no change.
Evidence it needs
The live page and measured site checks. A form is only "working" after a real submission test; a conversion claim needs actual analytics. Missing evidence stays an explicit unknown — no invented rates.
What it produces
The website section of your report: each finding with its evidence and confidence, each fix with an acceptance check. "No change" is a valid answer.
Depends on
Marketing (the message), SEO (search intent), Sales (booking and follow-up rules).
Evidence, approval & learning

The parts most AI skips.

An independent check

A separate model grades the draft — it doesn't write the answer it's grading. It receives a scoped package for the job: the objective, the evidence the work was based on, and the draft itself.

  • Not standing access. The checker gets the task's evidence, not the keys to Eren's memory, and it never promotes anything to permanent knowledge.
  • Evidence over confidence. A claim only survives if the evidence backs it. Invented numbers and contradictions are flagged.
  • Not a vote. This isn't two models agreeing — it's an independent read against your evidence. Consensus proves nothing here; only what the evidence supports survives.

Your approval

Eren prepares and recommends. The consequential decisions stay yours — by design, not as a courtesy.

  • You review each finding. Approve the ones that hold; reject the ones that don't. Only approved findings become your analysis.
  • Nothing auto-sends. Sending, spending, publishing, or anything irreversible waits for your explicit go-ahead.
  • Plain language. What you receive is written to be read by a busy owner, ranked by impact — not a technical dump.

How it learns

"Gets smarter" isn't a vague promise here — it's a controlled process with a gate on what becomes permanent.

  • Recorded outcomes. Where data exists, outcomes are recorded rather than assumed.
  • Reviewed lessons. A proposed lesson is reviewed before it changes how Eren works. Only the Principal can promote it.
  • Repeatable methods. Updates land in the methods the specialists follow, so the next business benefits — without any model retraining itself in the background.

Illustrative example

A redesign request that turned into something more valuable.

A composite scenario to show how the pieces work together — not a real client. There are no real numbers or outcomes here; that's the point of the last two steps.

1

What you bring

A local HVAC company says: "We need a website redesign to get more calls." That's the request — a goal and a proposed solution bundled together.

2

Eren grounds it and sets the real objective

Before any opinion, Eren runs measured checks and looks at the live site. The Principal separates the request ("redesign") from the objective ("more booked jobs") — so the work is judged on whether it books jobs, not whether the site looks new.

3

The lenses see it differently than the request did

Website: the site is clear and loads fine — but on a phone there's no tap-to-call and no way to request a quote. The leak is the path to contact, not the design.
SEO: the company doesn't appear in the local map results and has no Google Business Profile. A prettier site still wouldn't be found.
Sales: calls that come in after hours aren't followed up.
4

The dependencies change the recommendation

Because being found (SEO) and capturing the call (Website + Sales) outrank a fresh coat of paint, the redesign is downgraded — not deleted. Product synthesizes the lenses into a prioritized plan and names one custom tool worth building: a missed-call text-back, tied directly to the Sales finding rather than added because it sounds nice.

5

The independent check catches an overreach

The draft included a tidy line: "you're losing about 40% of your leads." No evidence supports that number, so verification flags it.

The fix isn't to soften the number — it's to remove it. The final analysis states the leak plainly and recommends measuring it, with no invented figure standing in for data.
6

Your call

You review the findings, approve the ones that hold, and set aside anything you don't want. Only what you approve becomes the analysis that reaches the owner — by email or their preferred contact. Nothing is sent until you say so.
