The agreed solution may be a redesigned website, a clearer workflow, a connection between supported tools, a tailored application or a supervised AI assistant. The diagnosis and your priorities determine which work is needed. The written scope sets out the deliverables, price and checks before you commit.
From $1,500, with one fixed price agreed before work starts. Half to start, half when you accept it. Software, hosting, ads and tax are always shown separately before you agree.
We check what your existing tools can do first. Configuration or a supported connection may be enough. Replacement or custom software is recommended only after comparing the fit, costs and ongoing work involved.
For 30 days after you accept a Build, anything that stops meeting a check we agreed is fixed at no charge. If one of your other tools changes later, adapting to it is new work, quoted separately, unless our work caused the problem within those 30 days. We point out which tools that applies to before you agree the quote.
You pay for the work done so far, never more than the 50% deposit, and we refund the rest of the deposit.
Yes. It is a 15-minute conversation and one initial observation to help establish fit. It does not include a full diagnosis or solution design. Paid work starts only if you agree to it.
Diagnose is $750, or $495 for the first five paying clients. It covers one defined problem, the evidence and important unknowns, up to three ranked improvements, an action plan and a 45-minute walkthrough. The pack is yours whether or not you commission a Build.
No. Diagnose pays for the investigation and decision pack; Build pays for the separately agreed implementation. A $750 Diagnose followed by a $2,000 Build is $2,750 in total.
You are commissioning a defined piece of work with Eren: an investigation, a recommendation and, if agreed, implementation. AI supports that work; Ben reviews the findings and works through the decisions with you. A separate model can add a check when available, but its agreement does not establish that a claim is true. Your information is used only to analyze your business. It’s processed by the AI models Eren runs on and never sold or shared for marketing.
